Internet Capital portfolio company Creditex sold
A company in which Internet Capital Group Inc. has a $25 million stake will be bought for $625 million plus an adjustment for working capital at closing.
Creditex Group Inc., a processor of credit default swaps, has agreed to be acquired by Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (NYSE:ICE), which operates derivative exchanges and over-the-counter markets.
Wayne, Pa.-based ICG (NASDAQ:ICGE) said Tuesday it expects to receive $85 million in ICE stock from the deal, which is expected to close late in the third quarter.
ICGl an investor in Internet software companies, got its stake in Creditex Group in November 2006 when the company was formed by a merger between CreditTrade Inc., which ICG had a stake in, and Creditex Inc.

According to Bruner, the county is prepared to purchase four to six more homes including two more on Park Drive in order to complete the project. They will also make partial purchases to get land where needed.

According to the report, Sony is planning on continuing decline for the PS2 in its ninth year since release.
